ACT offers several types of video-based media for students to view telecourse programs. Most programs are offered in multiple media.

The Basics of Ordering Telecourse Materials

The following information must be provided to place your telecourse order from ACT Media online.

• The name of the college or university where you are enrolled.
• The course name or number. For example: Intro to Sociology or SOC 101.
• Current billing and shipping addresses.
• Daytime phone number with area code.
• A valid email address.
• A valid credit card. ACT Media accepts:

Streaming access and video downloads must be purchased online. To view previously purchased video downloads or streaming video, log in to digital video access.

There are a number of ways to order your telecourse materials from ACT Media.

1. Telephone—Call us at our toll-free phone number 800/745-5480.
2. Fax—The toll-free fax number is 800/755-6910.
3. Place an Internet order.
4. Mail orders—Used mostly by persons sending money orders or cashier's checks. Use the online e-commerce shopping cart to help you place your order and then mail the appropriate payment to ACT Media. Mail orders placed online will not be processed until payment is received. Please follow the order confirmation directions carefully.
5. Print and mail an order form.
6. No mail orders will be shipped until payment is received. Payment options include credit card, cashier's check, or money order. ACT Media does not accept personal checks. No C.O.D's.
